Things
to Consider
About Homeowner's Insurance
-
Guaranteed
Replacement Coverage - With
this level of homeowners insurance coverage, there's no cap
or maximum pay-out amount on your Dwelling
Coverage. For example, if
your home was destroyed in a fire, this coverage would pay
to rebuild a comparable home regardless of the cost. This
type of coverage may cost more, but it provides the most
protection.
-
Inflation
Protection - This is a clause or endorsement that
annually adjusts your homeowners insurance policy to account
for increases in a home's value due to inflation. It can
prevent you from being under-insured. Inflation protection
is usually included in the homeowners insurance policies
sold by Countrywide Insurance Services.
-
Annual Review
- We recommend you review your insurance coverage at least
once a year.
Also, if you've made
home improvements or major purchases, you may want to increase
your insurance coverage.
